Collection & Delivery Information
Collection
Orders for collection can be picked up from our coffee trailer located at:
360 Clontarf Road, Dublin.
Collection must take place during our published opening hours. Customers are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed collection date.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate delays, this cannot be guaranteed.
Once the order has been collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for any damage occurring after collection, including damage caused by transportation, handling, or storage.
Cakes should be transported on a flat surface and handled with care.
Local Delivery
We offer delivery within Ireland at a flat rate of €15.
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed to the exact minute.
The customer must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If no one is available at the time of delivery:

We will attempt to contact the customer.

Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra charge.

Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
Once the order has been delivered to the agreed address, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Storage & Care
Cakes and desserts must be stored appropriately after collection or delivery.
Detailed storage instructions may be provided depending on the product. Sweet Bakery Dublin is not responsible for damage or deterioration caused by improper storage.

Severe Weather & Safety
In cases of severe weather conditions, government safety warnings, or circumstances that may compromise safe travel or delivery (including red weather alerts), Sweet Bakery Dublin reserves the right to reschedule collection or delivery in the interest of safety.
In such situations, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date. Refunds will not be automatically issued due to weather-related rescheduling beyond our control.
